Zhuoda has been in gabion manufacturing since 2007, located at Kehulin Industrial Park, Anping County, Hengshui City, Hebei 053600, China

2. Does Zhuoda just sell to large companies?

Zhuoda is a small sized company and has a wide customer base that includes both small end users and large companies.

3. Does Zhuoda sell gabion through salesmen and distributors?

Zhuoda sells gabion directly without using distributors.

4. How do you handle international shipments?

We ship internationally on a regular basis by sea or air. We can quote CIF or FOB destination according to Incoterms 2000 in US dollars.

5. What is your minimum order of gabion?

1000 SQM in surface area.

6. Can I get a sample of gabion?

Zhuoda will gladly provide free samples for your testing and inspection. You just need to collect samples yourself or dispatch samples by paying us courier charges.

7. How is the gabion sold - in flat sheets or on rolls?

All gabion and mattress shall be supplied in the collapsed form, either folded and bundled or rolled, for shipping.

8. Can you supply material certifications?

Yes, they can be supplied. Please advise us at the time of ordering if you require material certifications or other documentation.

9. Can I get a special gabion that I don't see listed on your website?

Yes, many items are available as a special order. Contact us with your special requirements.

10. What is the difference between woven and welded gabion?

Woven gabion is made from hexagonal double twisted steel wire mesh, while welded gabion is made from welded wire fabric.

11. I have a sample of the gabion I need but I don't know how to describe it, can you help me?

Yes, send us the sample and we will contact you with the results of our examination.

12. Can I get a formal quotation?

When needed, we can provide you with a formal quote by fax or email.

13. Can I receive a catalog of gabion?

Zhuoda no longer publishes a paper catalog. Our website serves as our catalog.

14. How will you ship my order and what will my freight charges be?

By sea or air. Freight charges will be quoted by shipping line and advised to you in quotation.

15. Where will my order ship from?

Your orders will ship out of Tianjin, China.

16. Can you "Blind Ship" direct to my customer without revealing that Zhuoda is the source?

Zhuoda has always performed this "Blind Ship" service. Please let us know if you require this service. Our gabions and packaging are marked with generic labels so as not to reveal Zhuoda's name to your customers. Extra charges may apply.

17. What's your payment term?

T/T is the prior, we also accept L/C at sight, D/P at sight, Paypal etc, all depends on how much you order.

18. Why do you use bank account of Hebei Zhuoda Mesh Limited?

In order to offer you the lowest price, we register Hebei Zhuoda Mesh Limited in Hong Kong, China to reduce extra tax.
